Brody is getting so big!!

It is so much fun having Brody in my life! He is such an amazing boy and even though he is so young his personality is so much fun! He smiles all the time and is a very happy baby.  

This morning he woke up and was so talkative, he just kept talking for a good five minutes! It was hilarious.  Here is a video of it.. I don't know how to rotate it, but its totally worth watching! SO CUTE!

Another thing that cracks me up about Brody is how he stands.  Apparently since he was such a long baby, he was very curled up in the womb.. therefore he is VERY bowlegged!

  .. and yes that is no exaggeration!

.. He has a play mat and it has a whale on it, and every time he lays down he just stares at the whale and is so fixated by it!

Brody LOVES to stand.  He will only sit for about 30 seconds and then want to stand up on your lap.

I got this giraffe at my bridal shower and thought that it was cute, but didn't really think anything of it.  But Brody LOVES it! He won't let it go and loves when it squeaks!

 Brody and I (sometimes Adam if he can stand the 105 degree) go on walks every night.  He loves the outside, he could be crying his head off while we are in the house but the moment we walk outside he just smiles!

 One day I was giving Adam a present and all of a sudden wanted to see if Brody could fit in it, and he just kept laughing and didn't want to get out so Adam could open his present!

Brody is amazing and I am grateful for him and the happiness that he brings to my life! I love being a mom!

Brody Two Months!

Height : 24 3/4 inches  95th percentile

Weight: 14 lbs 3 oz   90th percentile

Head: 16 1/2 cm  90th percentile

..Clearly he is growing FAST!  I love that he is such a healthy & happy baby!!  :)

Brock's First Birthday!

On Wednesday we celebrated Brock's first birthday, which is crazy to me because I feel like he was JUST born!! But he has definitely grown up to an adorable little boy! :)

Our Utah Trip

This was Brody's first trip and it was so much fun!! 

We went to two different family reunions; one for my mom's family and one for my dad's, both were so much fun! We were able to see many different parts of Utah and spend lots of time with our family! (Well and see some of my cousins that I haven't seen in years!) Overall, I think it was a fabulous trip and definitely the first of MANY trips that we will take Brody to Utah.
